Abigail Aferi
founder
Abigail is a Communications and Development Specialist with over 10 years of experience in strategic communications, program management, curriculum development, and stakeholder engagement across government, NGOs, and the creative sector. She has worked with and supported large-scale national and international programs through institutions such as the National Film Authority, National Theatre of Ghana, Ghana Education Service, and development-focused NGOs. Her work has involved curriculum development, policy support, international partnerships, media engagement, and the coordination of multi-stakeholder programs. Abigail holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies (Public Relations) from the Ghana Institute of Journalism, an MA in International Affairs from the University of Ghana and has contributed to educational curriculum development, youth-focused capacity building, and public-sector programs.

Monica Nannor
Co-Founder/Head of Operations
Monica Nannor is a communications and operations professional with experience spanning public relations, marketing, pedagogy, training, and program coordination. Her work includes managing communications and professional projects for local and international creatives, as well as designing and leading educational programs in childcare, social support, and human development. She brings extensive experience working in learning environments that support children, young people, and vulnerable populations, grounded in a people-centered and systems-oriented approach. Monica holds a BA in Communication Studies (Public Relations) and is committed to advancing inclusive, high-impact education and skills-development initiatives with both local and global relevance.

Saviour K. Lamadeku
Partner/Head of Technology & Programs
Saviour K. Lamadeku is a software developer and technology leader with over a decade of experience designing and delivering digital solutions across financial systems, agricultural technology, and education. He brings deep expertise in building data-driven platforms, system architectures, and technology-enabled products that support scale, efficiency, and innovation. In the education sector, Saviour has designed and implemented e-learning platforms, learning management systems, and educational tools that promote inclusive, interactive, and technology-enabled learning. He has contributed to technology projects supporting both private sector organizations and educational institutions, with a strong focus on applied technology for social impact. Saviour holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and an MBA in Management Information Systems. He works as Systems Analyst for the University of Media, Arts and Communication, Ghana, reflecting a commitment to leveraging technology to strengthen education and youth development at local and international levels and is an active member of Youth Without Borders Ghana.

Abdul Aziz Naseem
Creative Technology Lead
Abdul Aziz Naseem is a multidisciplinary creative and technologist working at the intersection of software development, film, gaming, and the creative economy. With a background in full-stack development and a deep passion for art, photography, and storytelling, he focuses on building platforms and initiatives that empower African creators to create, distribute, and monetize culturally grounded content. He has worked with the National Film Authority, where he contributed to key cultural initiatives including the Ananse Project, a scriptwriting competition centered on Ananse stories aimed at nurturing original Ghanaian storytelling and developing culturally rooted intellectual property, and Cinekids, an initiative designed to introduce Ghanaian children to locally made animations and video games, fostering early appreciation for Ghanaian digital and creative content.
